which directory would that be?

I am using the Taverna workbench 2.4.0, which has a script for executing
workflows (executeworkflow.sh) from the command line.

At least the following options do not work in my case:

.taverna-2.4.0/lib/
.taverna-cmd-2.4.0/lib/
taverna-home/lib/

Run the workbench. Put a beanshell in a workflow and then configure that
beanshell (we're doing this to get at the configuration dialog; the
contents of the workflow don't actually matter). If you look at the
“Dependencies” tab, it will say where to place libraries. On this
computer, it is:

  /Users/dkf/Library/Application Support/taverna-2.4.0/lib

I do not assume that the location will be the same for you. In fact, I'm
sure it won't (unless you're on the same version of Mac and have a login
“dkf” ;-)).

The standard 'executeworkflow.sh' uses the same location.

Donal.
