Oh! If only you'd said so clearer earlier. :-) The server sets things up differently to the desktop client (assuming you're using 2.4; it's not supported in 2.2) so that you just upload the JAR files — plus whatever support files they need, of course — to the lib directory of the workflow run prior to starting the run; the directory itself should be created already for you. And that should be all you need to do; if it doesn't work, it's a serious issue and should have a bug report filed. Donal.
