I have found 'runEmbossTranseqFromSequence' which is probably made for
that.
This is what my workflow looks like
FASTA --> String(SequenceString) --> NeucleotideSequence('sequence') -->
runEmbossTranseqFromSequence --> Parse Moby Data(CommentedAASequence)
runEmbossTranseqFromSequence gives the following error, what did I do wrong?
