That worked perfectly. Thank You. Now I know that Transeq is the one I
actually need to use. You saved my days :) What about BioJava in taverna?

I found another way http://biojava.org/wiki/BioJava:Cookbook:Translation to
translate to protein with BioJava which is a lot simpler.

This workflow http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/1583 which uses BioJava
for Transcribe_DNA BeanshellScript gives following error.

   - Processor 'Transcribe_DNA' - Port 'rna_seq' : Line 6: Sourced file:
   inline evaluation of: ``import org.biojava.bio.seq.DNATools; import
   org.biojava.bio.seq.RNATools; import . . . '' : Typed variable declaration
   : Class: SymbolList not found in namespace

I have put all .jar from BioJava in the lib folder
(C:\Users\Desi\AppData\Roaming\taverna-enterprise-2.5.0\lib)
and selected all of them in Dependencies tab in BeanShell editor. But
