Thank you very much. That worked like a charm. Simply reverting back to
1.7.1 like your example made it work. I was using BioJava 3.0.8. Now when I
see the api, all methods are changed. translate() is replaced with
getProteinSequence() etc.

 My protein output is a little different from http://translate-protein.com/
(Frame 1) and http://web.expasy.org/translate/ (Frame 1).
