I see. I had forgotten that there is a colon after each '[flammer]'.
Try this one:

Copy and paste as is. It's the three lines as is. Note the '%-' at the
end of the first two lines that tells TB! to ignore the line break. So
as far as TB! is concerned, it's one long line.

It's better to paste the above regex macro in a quick template, and
then for your discussion list template, you call the regex macro by
using: %Qinclude="<qt handle>". Makes your template less cluttered and
confusing.
