I've suggested this to RITs way ago, and even suggested to make the quality 
PDF myself if they provide the materials (you see, i from time to time typeset 
books for some publishing companies here;-)), but seems that they didn't like 
this idea.

This is my own point also: quality PDF is usually way better then the help file; 
besides, it might be printed as a book...
