No, it shouldn't be quirky, but it is.

And some folks have more time, and need more time, to shakedown a new
program -- but *most* folks can't do it in two days.

Period.

Perhaps, but it's far better than Outlook Express or Netscape's Messenger
programs, in my opinion.

And probably better than Agent, too, but not by much.
