Here's what I said before:

I went on with some guesses which I have now researched for you and
will change to the more definitive response:
You can also use the %OFRAMADDR macro which does what you're looking
for.
K> If not (or also), is there any way to insert a quick template in
K> the reply as you are writing it to achieve this same purpose?
The string %TO=""%TO="""%OFROMNAME"" <%OFROMADDR>" will do the job for
you. You can place this in a Quick template (call it "TT" for the sake
of this example) to try it out. You can then use %QINCLUDE="TT" in a
normal template whenever you want to employ it and never have to
re-write it.
