Define a Quick Template called TR as follows:
%TO=""%TO="""%OREPLYNAME"" <%OREPLYADDR>"

Well, by now (if you have followed my instructions) you should be
armed with two QTs - TT and TR so, switching is a matter of typing
on-the-fly, in the body of the message, TT<Ctrl>+<Space> to change the
"To" to be that of the message originator or TR<Ctrl>+<Space> to
re-redirect the message to the list. Your templates for the basic
replies should specify %QINCLUDE="TR" and %QINCLUDE="TT" respectively.
