live) Jan Rifkinson wrote and made these points on the subject
of "changing source folder (for filtering)":

I don't follow the question exactly but suffice to say the the
"kludge" is a fixed format RFC822 header. A message to both TBUDL and
TBBETA will hit a user of both lists with the text 'TBUDL' and
'TBBETA' *both* present in the "recipient" information. BUT the copy
of the message which comes out of TBUDL will have an RFC822 header of
"Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]" and no other whereas the one from
TBBETA will have "Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]" and no other.
That makes "Reply-To: xxx" a far more effective filter method for list
traffic.
