If you want to hide the icon and window completely you'll need an
utility like HideWindow -
http://www.winsite.com/info/pc/win95/desktop/hidewndw.zip/downl.html. If
you want to "convert" the taskbar icon to a systray icon you may look
for a TrayRun (or similar) program.
