You are clearly using a shortcut to the setup program. You should be using a shortcut to the installed executable. I imagine you downloaded the installer to the desktop, which would prevent it from installing the proper desktop shortcut icon. Move the installer off of your Desktop using Explorer - put it somewhere safe in case you need it again at some point, then navigate to C:\Program Files\The Bat!. Right click on "thebat.exe", drag it to the desktop and choose "Create shortcut" from the menu that appears when you do this. Now you have a shortcut to the "thebat.exe".
