I figured out this is what does it. Evidently 1.53 and 1.54 did this Account Folder1 Folder2 Folder3 When it should have done Account\Folder1 Account\Folder2 Account\Folder3 1.6 comes along and does it the right way, duplicating the folders in the process. I ended up moving folders and files around after TB was properly set up. I backed up first, of course.
