Some of us do not use threading by context - case in point.

A  20  reply thread gets a new reply. Its a major PITA to get to the end of it
in ANY email reader as far as I am concerned, so I sort by date received.

And besides, no one answer my question raised by

A:  Because  the  answer  should  follow  the  question.
