Correct. It's either / or. If the pictures are not included, they
can be seen by double-clicking the attachment. If they *are*
included should show with the inline viewer *but* the images will
only be available to the external viewer if the account is
configured to save all attachments to a folder. If the attachments
are stored in message bodies, they will be unavailable to an
external HTML viewer.

You might try externalising attachments and double clicking the HTML
first. It might work.
