Windows XP Pro SP1 (my machine): 1. Right-click the Start menu, choose Explore All Users 2. Browse to Programs, which contains the shortcut for TB 3. Right-click The Bat!, choose Properties 4. If necessary, click the Shortcut tab 5. From the Run list, choose Maximized. FWIW, I have a mix of Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Windows XP Pro on my network; they all let you view and modify shortcut properties in a similar way *provided you have the required permissions* If you can't inspect the shortcuts in your Start menu, try logging on with Administrator privileges.
