original sender's name and not the pronoun "you." This can be
accomplished by replacing "you" in your template with
%O(FROM | REPLY)?NAME.

NB: "%O(FROM | REPLY)?NAME" is NOT a macro. It's a shorthand way of
typing out all the possible original sender name macros.
