and I got it.

it's  not  TB!  on  its  own. I am sending BCC's all the time (big fan of
keeping  email-addys  private). But not when I do that from work via the company
mail server :-(
I just wonder what's the setting. Too bad I can't talk to the admin guy about it
but he was really getting purple hearing that I have installed stuff that no one
else has (good that my boss backs me).
