I am not sure it's the same problem but it happens to me that TB also
will not download some messages, nor delete them from server, and I
figured out that it will happen after connection is broken. Such mail
simply remains with unchecked both "Download" and "Delete" option (shown
at "Dispatcher"/"Connection Center"). I have accepted it as a bug, and
resigned that I have to check related options manually.
