I'm sorry - I did not lose interest in what's happened - still, my bad
healt
situation and my EEE PC 701 having some troubles, did not let me
communicate
with you all.
I've been reading all your mail from my phone in bed however.
So - you answered to all my questions - and, I don't have the device
so I can't
affirm this.
But - basically we miss the basic signing mechanism to let the device
accept
the new image.
Until you have un-bricked the devic and we're sure that we KNOW the
mechanism
for letting the device accept OUR image, we're stuck.
We should also be sure we can alter the image and let the device
accept it.
Until that point, the situation is not resolved.
