I don't (with an OCZ Vertex in a T60). I've looked around pretty hard
to try and find an SSD that really cares about "low power", but most of
them only compare themselves to 3½" drives (which they beat by being
both lower power and faster). When compared to 2½" drives, the speed
advantage is even greater, but the power advantage is marginal.
There were some SSDs that are rated at significantly lower power
(e.g. max 0.5W while writing), such as Corsair's S128 but they all seem
to be discontinued. I haven't seen a recent SSD with similar ratings.
