Among others, I've installed SSD HDs in my X41 Tablet, my X60 Tablet, my
son's X61, as well as an absolutely ancient Transnote.

All have been renewed by the SSDs and extended battery operation is only one
of the improvements that can be noted, but the backlights are still the
primary drain on the units, so don't expect to see a doubling of usage time
on battery if you perform a HD swap. Twenty to twenty-five percent longer
runtime would be about the best one could expect IMHO and YMMV.
