Yesterday I tried to download < http://sourceforge.net/projects/allchars/> per Max's kind suggestion, but the Berkeley 'Y' where I am staying blocks access as a software pirate site. I filled out the 'please reconsider' form and submitted, this morning receiving the reply below that a change was refused.
Are sourceforge really pirates? If not, what to do?
