Thanks for the suggestion, but it's still not working. There is no message at login, and there is no particular email that is causing the failure. I moved all but three emails to a temporary folder, and it still did not work. I have now tried with at least 3 emails at the top of the list. Thanks to all for your continued support, Prymal
