I actually set it to 600, 1000, 1500, and 3000 all without any improvements. The email totaled 6086KB including the 4Mb pps file attachment. So it is well with the 10MB limit. The message is being forward to the AOL and download by its webmail xpi.
As far as AVG, it does scan the email when downloaded by Webmail's AOL and the Gmail extensions without problems; It just has not worked with the latest versions of the hotmail xpi. Alan, I get just stop bottering the webmail author about it and am working on trying to find the problem myself although the code is a little hard to understand but I making some progress. Now if I can find tracer that I use while the extension running and display the code as it is executed,side by side, that sure would help.
