Thanks. I've just tried again. I sent an email from my usual account ([email protected]), from within Hotmail (on Firefox) to 3 accounts. It was received on Tbird on 2 accounts (Hotmail POP3 and Yahoo/BT) but not on the spare account I am messing around with. I also tried sending a similar message from my "hotmail" account from within Tbird with just the same result. the message on screen is: The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server localhost responded: negative vibes from [email protected]
thefirst few messages in the error console are(in order): Hotmail-SR-BETA: emailOnloadHandler : Exception : TypeError. Error message: aTemp[1] is undefined 1120 Warning: Unknown property 'zoom'. Can you give me a clue as to what I should be looking for within the message and how to do so please ?
