I'm new so I don't feel competent to give a technical response. However I do recognise some issues that pain me too and would like to add my voice/learn the fix for it.
When I auto generate a bunch of tiddlers the focus goes to the bottom one, I would like it to go to the top one please. A 'jump to top' of a bunch of tiddlers, automatically applied when a group of tiddlers are auto displayed, would be great!
