Can you send me a minimal test case? I still have a few edge cases to iron out. Try excluding tags and find out which tiddler relationships are causing the recursion it will help me a lot. I know I fixed a recursion bug recently (not updated on jonrobson.me.uk yet though) - hopefully this is the same thing.
