Wow. That Crusoe seems like Dr. Who meets Godot. It's interesting that 
"Crusoe" didn't stick in literature, but we still have "Robinson" in "Lost 
in Space" 300 years later. 

Those suggestions seem useful and doable. On #6, I'm not sure how you're 
thinking of revisiting. Perhaps show a condensed version of the document, 
with just the "bookmarked" items ?
