At tag: Doctor Who creates a class name: tc-tagged-Doctor%20Who The CSS setting needed is: tc-tagged-Doctor\%20Who English is relatively simple to fix. ... But other character sets produce class names like this: tc-tagged-%D1%81%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B9 I think this is error prone and broken.
