This patch restores the old vnecrypt behaviour, if GNUTLS is missing gnutls_transport_set_global_errno to avoid raising the minimal required GNUTLS version. After checking, when gnutls_transport_set_global_errno was introduced, please decide yourself, if support for older versions is really necessary.
