EnterpriseDB solves only a very narrow slice of the problem. It just allows
Oracle apps to run against postgresql. But a company cannot leverage all of
the other supporting processes and scripts that it has built up around Oracle.
This is often low-level Oracle specific stuff. So what you are really talking
about here is trying to get a company to move its entire database
infrastructure away from Oracle and over to Postgresql (EnterpriseDB) and
revamping processes and rewriting a huge amount of supporting scripts. Good
luck on that one. Very very risky and not cheap. I really do not see where
EnterpriseDB would offer anything to TinyERP. It does not address companies
using SQL Server or MySQL which are now a huge market.
