Please, allow me to test the code I have merged into the 6.0 branch first. 
(everything, still, is public at my git and bzr repos).

The certificate (aka. gpg private key) is only stored/handled at the client 
machine. I do use the GPG API, which means that the normal GPG security rules 
and procedures apply. So, the server never gets the private key, and thus 
cannot be a point of compromise.
