Hi

A NY Times article on the video of the military shooting of civilians from 
helicopter, along with analysis by psychologists.

A real split in the comments I read (there are many) about (a) the events 
themselves, and (b) the psychologists' interpretations of events.  Allusions to 
several psychological phenomena (e.g., effect of context on object recognition, 
inattentional blindness).
