Oh yeah Jim,

Normal power up, and then it is fine...
Power cord is solid.
Seems to be some kind of strain on the TiVo, while I am grabbing video from
my other TiVo.
This only happened about 3 times, in the past 2 weeks.  I just hope the
drive is not starting to fail...
