That's entirely up to you. Not knowing the details of your configuration, it's hard to say. What I'd do is have a look at the scores of my incoming mails, and try to find the number that works best for what I want (i.e., how many hams are above/below that number, how many spams, etc.). Personally, I have required_hits set to -1.5, and I have the BAYES_ rules under 50 set to zero.
