Alton, I'm a terrible researcher as far as scientific facts are concerned.   I had to throw away my scales because I was becoming obsessed with the weight gain and it was causing even more depression.  You know how the cycle goes I'm sure.   I just know by the way my clothes fit, that I can no longer guard my belt in the same way you do, my movement is now much more free.  This is something I notice a lot because I am so very vertically challenged.   The greatest proof I believe is that my friends say "you've lost heaps of weight"   I just know it's working.  Can't hurt to try I reckon.   My most exciting news though is that the pair of Kookaburras who have been dining at the Clark Takeaway for some time now, have just bought in their two babies to meet us.  I'm a very proud grandma, just don't know if I have grandsons or granddaughters.   hugs Gilly www.originaltouchofgilly.com ----- Original Message ----- From: Alton Ryder To: Gillian Clark Cc: TM list Sent: Saturday, March 04, 2006 8:43 AM Subject: Re: [TMIC] Fish Oil > happy to tell you  IT WORKS!!!!
