Yes, how true this is. I didn't lift my foot high enough one day, caught my toes on the carpet, and BAM! broke my foot. I had just gotten of a week of outpatient IV prednisone a couple weeks before this incident. BUT, if you have decreased movement due to swelling in your spine, this might be the best way to go. I just know I don't want to be on it as a means for continuous treatment. It also made me CRAZY!
