Do you use a heating pad, etc., on your feet? Apparently it is the inactivity that gets to your feet, but you can not be active all the time and you need to sleep. Have you tried baclofen? I use it for spasming in my legs when I go to bed. The problem is different, but maybe the baclofen could help. Janice

I guess we are share some of the symptoms. For me the heat does not bother me as I am always cold year round. This cold winter has been hard on my feet. I have such burning in my feet so bad they actually feel as if there are in a block of ice. I remember the feeling when I was a kid and ice skating with my feet so cold they hurt. For some reason, during the day they are not quite as bad, but when I am sitting and in bed I sometimes wish I could cut them off. Even with this, I do feel I am lucky in other ways since I don't suffer with the banding pain so many of us have.
