As a nonmeat eater and gourmand, cooking is the exploration of the
ways to enhance the flavor of foods with as light a touch and as
flavorful an insight as possible. Most cooking for me takes as much
thought than time. Most of what I eat is raw or sauteed and the
labor is in cutting or chopping.
