my neurologist dont undersatand why im in so much pain with the meds i take.
with what i am taking he also added lyrica. dont feel any better. my family dr said that if i had some kind of neuropothy, the meds i am on would be the same as what would be perscribed for that. i dont see any change in muscle tone like i had degenerating muscles, i just have the terrible pain. my son broke his hand and they gave him oxycodone,a step up from hydrocodone.. might try that and see if theres a difference. ----- Original Message ---- From: Janice Nichols <jan...@centurytel.net> To: john snodgrass <jcs...@yahoo.com>; transverse myelitis <tmic-list@eskimo.com> Sent: Wed, September 15, 2010 5:56:33 PM Subject: Re: [TMIC] another wonderful night John, Tell me/us your meds you take - for pain, spasms, etc. I hate that you would have a day/night like that. Your doc should be able to keep you fairly comfortable - not that we don't all have pain, but you should be able to take something strong enough that you do not have entire days/nights with no relief. Sorry to get on my soapbox, but that kind of constant pain needs to be addressed to your doc - like "in his face".
