Folks;

I am happy to report that after an infusion of 1000 grams of
corticosteroids, I am much much improved.  I will have to take them for
three-four more days, but I am very grateful that my near sorted it all out,
finally!

Anyway, I can't come back to the US.  How would I ever be able to afford the
insurance?  It would cost $1,200.00/month just for me!  (Empire of NYC)

   You are in my prayers.
   Just don't go on working if you really aren't up to it.Getting on
disability and back to the USA where you can find a good neurologist might
be an option.
