Hi everyone... I just thought I should probably send an email to let you all know that I'm okay. This has been a tough time for me and my husband, but I'm hanging in there. I want to thank everyone who went to the con for the wonderful time I had before I was forced to leave. I have nothing but fond memories from this year's con, and I thank you for that. Knowing that you were probably all back there worried for me made me feel a little bit guilty, but it was also comforting. I especially want to thank Leah and Erica for their supportive hugs. I can't express how much all of your friendship means to me. It's during times like these that you truly come to understand who your friends really are.
I also want to thank Donna for being the friend that she's always been to me. It was wonderful to have you to talk to on the phone, and I appreciate you letting the list know what was up. Also to Brina and Sharee and everyone else who mailed me cards, and to everyone who sent emails and e-cards--I really appreciate it. My mother was a great woman, and she will be greatly missed, but I also know that she is always watching over me. :) Dave--I don't know if anyone managed to get a hold of you during the con, and I apologize if they weren't able to do so. I was the one with your number and the calling card, and I DID try to connect with people there, but I wasn't able to do so.
