It's on the default branch, which will be released as 0.9 on Nov. 1. Feel free to use a nightly unstable build from http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/thg-winbuild/downloads/. Feature freeze is this Thursday (at which point the unstable branch becomes the stable branch). I don't expect much to change between now and then.
