We don't have a really good regression test suite for upgrading PyGtk,
so for 0.7 we should probably use the same versions as we did for 0.6.

After the release, we can immediately upgrade the nightly builds to
the tip of PyGtk and try to get some solid testing done on it so we
know what issues we need to workaround in 0.8.

I think 0.7 already has enough risk with the new installer method, the
new record/shelve features, rename guessing, and hg-1.2.
