Hello,
I have a working directory A with a symlink to another working director B in it
Suddently when commiting, tortoise showed this working directory files to
add(usualy it does not)
So I used an ignore file, and on commit it removed half of the files in working
directory B.
nice !
I lost a couple hours of work that way
Then I remembered I changed the option to ask to add/remove files on commit
from unspecified to false
I changed back the options, but on commit it still show rep B files to add
(I'll try a reboot)
- How come it never added/remove files by default when setting that
option to false ?
- How come settings are never applied straight away ?
- Why using an ignore file removed 1/2 my files in rep B ?
