In that case, these symlinks are handled as normal files or directories
because Python 2 (and therefore Mercurial) don't know NTFS symlinks.

So, there are no safety net for symlinks on Windows. If B/.hg directory
were temporarily or permanently lost due to unknown reason, files under
that symlink would suddenly become working-copy files of A.
