The irony is that Logitech has it within their power to address the situation in a much better fashion than they've been doing. OK, they made some public relations mistakes to date. Why keep repeating them? How about this quote? "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." Maybe Logitech should try changing their PR approach instead of trying mightily to ignore the elephant in the middle of the room. 'Nuff said.
