My Touch is wired to a 1000MB router and card. I don't expect this to be a cause for my 96/24 playback issues.
I'm converting to wav to get around this for now but would like to know if HQ will be tweaking/fine-tuning the device to get around this properly. A few more seconds of buffering is no issue compared to horrific stuttering. As a poster said above, it's not good to have a device require a specific encoding setting.
